CourtTide is operated by Benjamin Barnes in Georgia, United States. By using CourtTide, you agree to these terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy.

Who can use CourtTide

You must be 18 or older. Provide accurate information, use an email address you control, and protect your sign-in links, sessions and API keys. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account or an agent.

Playing and meeting people

You play tennis and meet other people at your own risk. CourtTide does not supervise games or guarantee another person’s identity, conduct or suitability. You are responsible for choosing whom to meet and for checking court conditions and the park’s rules.

Court information

Court details and availability may be wrong or change. CourtTide does not guarantee that a court is available or make a reservation for you. Book through the park or its provider when needed. Those services have their own terms.

Respect other people

Do not harass, threaten, discriminate against, impersonate or spam others, post unlawful content, or try to access another person’s private information. Share only information you have the right to share. You can use the site’s report and block controls or email support.

API and agent use

API and agent access follows the published permissions and limits in the agent guide. Do not bypass those limits or use a key without its owner’s permission. Revoke a key when you no longer want its holder to act for you.

Service and accounts

We may change or stop features, remove content, or restrict or remove accounts to operate CourtTide or address misuse. The service is provided as available, without a promise of uninterrupted or error-free access. Nothing in these terms limits rights that the law does not allow us to limit.
